Burnie Wharf
Burnie Port is a working port and there for identification and appropriate PPE is required. For all ships docking in Burnie, they must adhere to the below requirements:
- Carry and present their current license
- Wear hi-vis vest/jacket
- Wear long pants and enclosed shoes
- Have hazard lights on whilst at wharf
- Have completed port induction, where applicable
MAC02 Hobart
MAC02 is Tasmania’s main wharf for visiting cruise ships. All passengers will disembark the ship via the terminal and therefore, identification and additional PPE is not required,
MAC04/05 Hobart
MAC04 is a working port and there for identification and appropriate PPE is required. For all ships docking at MAC04, they must adhere to the below requirements:
- Carry and present their current license
- Wear hi-vis vest/jacket
- Wear long pants and enclosed shoes
- Have hazard lights on whilst at wharf
- Have completed port induction, where applicable
Access to MAC04/05 can vary. The MAC04 gate is generally used for entry and exit however, when advised, MAC05 may also be used for entry.
