The Wynyard Bus Lines team are provided with extensive training and have a commitment to reliability and passenger safety.

All drivers hold current WWVP, PPV and heavy vehicle licenses as well as having undergone additional safeguarding training.

Passenger Code of Behaviour

In the interests of passenger and staff safety, by boarding any Wynyard Bus Lines vehicle, you agree to the Passenger Code of Behaviour.

Passenger Behaviour

Red and Yellow Cards

If a passenger is found to be in breach of the above code and exhibiting behaviour deemed innappropriate by Wynyard Bus Lines, they may receive a Yellow or Red Card.

The Yellow Card is a written warning.

The Red Card is a suspension from the service.

The length of time a passenger can be suspended from the service is up to the discretion of Wynyard Bus Lines in line with guidance from the contract provider.
